How buying online works

Buying a business on Bilanea works like shopping online: filter by sector, region and budget, compare the reports, sign the non-disclosure agreement in one click to access the data room, then make an offer or buy at the asking price with a secured 5% deposit. The acquisition journey is then guided step by step, from the letter of intent to signing, with every document shared in one place.

  1. Compare verified reports

The figures shown come from the seller's accounting documents, rebuilt and checked by our engine. The health score and valuation range use the same methods as any Bilanea analysis.

  2. Sign the non-disclosure agreement

The agreement is signed electronically from your professional account. You then access the data room: full financial report, balance sheets, contracts and documents shared by the seller.

  3. Make an offer or buy at the price

An offer is committed with a refundable deposit of 5% (capped), paid by card. The seller accepts, declines or counters. On agreement, an acquisition file opens with the steps until closing.

  4. Finance and sign

The borrowing capacity computed in the report helps you structure the bank loan, equity and seller financing. Your usual advisors (lawyer, accountant) work inside the shared file.
