Analysis and data
Bilanea accepts the FEC ledger, the general ledger, the trial balance, the tax return and the balance sheet, in TXT, CSV, Excel and PDF formats. Computations follow the French chart of accounts and are checked at every step. Documents remain your property and can be deleted at any time from your workspace.
FAQ
- Which document formats are accepted?
- FEC ledger file, general ledger, trial balance, tax return and balance sheet. TXT, CSV, TSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS and PDF formats, up to 25 MB per file.
- Is my accounting software compatible?
- Every package produces a standardised FEC. Ledger and trial-balance exports from Sage, Cegid, EBP, Pennylane, Quadra, Tiime, Indy and spreadsheets are recognised by column detection.
- How is the valuation computed?
- By five weighted methods: adjusted EBITDA multiple, revenue-based scale, net asset value, capitalised net income and discounted cash flows, with a confidence index based on method consistency and history depth.
- Is the borrowing capacity what a bank would grant?
- It applies the usual credit-committee constraints (annuities below 70% of cash flow, net debt below 3.5× EBITDA, financial debt below equity). Each bank keeps its policy, but the order of magnitude is that of a well-prepared file.
- How much does an analysis cost?
- The first one is free. Then one credit per analysis: €4.90 per credit in a pack of 10, less with subscriptions that include a monthly quota.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- At any time from Settings → Billing. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period; acquired credits remain usable.
- How does the marketplace deposit work?
- An offer is committed with a 5% deposit of the price (between €1,000 and €25,000), paid by card. It is fully refunded if the seller declines or if the file is cancelled, and deducted from the price at signing.
- Where is the data hosted?
- In the European Union. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, access is isolated per organisation and logged.
- Is the API included?
- From the Pro plan, with scoped keys, a per-minute quota and signed webhooks.
