Who publishes bilanea.com, who hosts it, whom to contact about your data and under which conditions the content may be reused. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
Publisher
The bilanea.com website and the Bilanea service are published by ICRAFT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 200 €, with registered office at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 992314237. EU VAT number: FR16992314237.
For any question, use the contact form; the contact e-mail address is "contact" followed by the at sign and "bilanea.com", written this way to avoid automated harvesting. The service has no telephone desk: written requests receive an answer within two working days.
Publishing director
Publication is directed by ICRAFT, the publisher of the service. The service is designed, developed and operated by the publisher itself, with no advertising network and no sponsored content.
Hosting and infrastructure
The website, the database and the documents uploaded by users are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located in France. Daily backups are encrypted before being copied off-site.
Traffic goes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, United States), which protects the domain against attacks and encrypts connections; no application data is stored there durably. Payments are entrusted to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (Dublin, Ireland); the publisher never stores card numbers.
Data protection
The publisher is the controller of the personal data collected on the website and acts as a processor for the data contained in the accounting documents uploaded by its customers. It is not required to appoint a data protection officer under Article 37 of the GDPR: a data protection contact, reporting to management, handles requests to exercise rights within one month. Reach them through the contact form, stating "personal data" in the subject.

Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, interface, analysis engine, scoring methods, benchmark datasets, trademarks and logos) is protected by copyright and database rights. Any reproduction, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without the publisher's written consent is prohibited, except for short quotations with attribution.
The reports, optimisation plans and exports generated from a user's documents belong to that user: they may download, share and reuse them freely, including after closing their account.
Public data sources
Company information (identity, directors, insolvency proceedings, sales and transfers, financial ratios) comes from the French official bulletin of civil and commercial announcements (BODACC), the company directory of the interministerial digital directorate and the financial data published by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). It is reused under the Etalab 2.0 open licence and shown with its publication date. A director who wishes to have information corrected should contact the court registry or the originating body; Bilanea reflects corrections at the next synchronisation and may, on a reasoned request, remove a record from its pages.

Analyses, scores, borrowing capacities, valuations and optimisation plans are provided for information only, from the documents supplied and documented methods. They are neither investment advice, nor a binding valuation, nor a financing commitment, nor a chartered-accountancy engagement. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken on their basis.
Marketplace listings are published under their authors' responsibility after review; the publisher acts as a technical intermediary and does not replace the parties' legal, accounting and financial advisers.
