Marketplace
- Listing publication: included in your subscription for a number of simultaneous listings, otherwise €149 excl. VAT per publication
- Success fee: 3% of the sale price, due only at signing
- Buyer's deposit: 5% of the price (€1,000 to €25,000), refunded if the offer is declined
- No exclusivity, no fee for the buyer beyond the deposit

- Are prices exclusive of tax?
- Yes, VAT is added according to your country. Invoices are issued automatically and downloadable from your workspace.
